Welcome to the Tabii browser extension product and services provided by Kairuotu Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Kairuotu"). Before using Tabii, please read and fully understand this Agreement carefully.
Kairuotu hereby specifically reminds you to carefully read and fully understand the terms of this Agreement, in particular the clauses that exempt or limit liability (highlighted in bold), as well as the clauses on governing law and dispute resolution.
If you are under 18 years of age, please read this Agreement in the presence of your legal guardian and use Tabii only after obtaining your guardian's consent. By clicking "Agree", registering an account, or actually using Tabii, you are deemed to have fully read and accepted all contents of this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement or any term herein, please immediately stop using Tabii.
Definitions
Scope of Agreement
This Agreement is entered into between you and Kairuotu regarding your download, installation, and use of the Tabii product. It includes this Agreement, the Tabii Privacy Policy, and any rules, specifications, notices, or updates issued by Kairuotu through reasonable notification channels. All such rules form an integral part of this Agreement and carry equal legal effect.
Account Registration
Tabii is a web management tool that requires you to register with your mobile phone number using your real identity. You must ensure that the information you provide is true, accurate, and lawful.
Account Security
Your account is for your personal use only and may not be gifted, lent, rented, or transferred in any form. You shall bear legal responsibility for all activities conducted under your account. Any losses arising from improper storage of your credentials, including account theft or password loss, shall be borne solely by you.
Account Cancellation
You may apply for account cancellation via the cancellation path provided within the product. Upon cancellation, we will delete your personal information or anonymize it as required by law. All data associated with your account will be permanently unrecoverable.
Tabii provides tools for browser tab cleanup, search, and visual management.
Tabii's core functionality operates on your local device. To generate webpage title descriptions, Tabii may extract OpenGraph thumbnail data (https://ogp.me/) from websites you visit, which is transmitted in encrypted form to the server for real-time processing. Such data is processed in real time only. Kairuotu commits not to persistently store or commercially exploit such thumbnail data beyond its intended purpose of identification.
You understand and agree that due to the inherent limitations of AI recognition technology, AI-generated titles or summaries may contain errors, inaccuracies, or misleading information. Such content is for reference only and does not represent the views of Kairuotu. You shall assess its accuracy independently; Kairuotu makes no warranty as to the absolute accuracy of AI-generated content.
Webpage content processed through Tabii must comply with applicable laws and regulations. You must not use this tool to organize or disseminate content that endangers national security, infringes upon others' privacy, or constitutes obscene or pornographic material. You assume full responsibility for the websites you access and the content you encounter.
Ownership
The intellectual property rights in Tabii and its underlying software, source code, interface design, graphic and textual content, and brand identifiers (trademarks, logos, etc.) belong to Kairuotu (or relevant rights holders). Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Unless permitted by law or expressly authorized by Kairuotu in writing, you must not:
Age Restriction
If you are under 18 years of age, you must carefully read and agree to this Agreement under the supervision and guidance of your legal guardian, and only with your guardian's consent, before using Tabii. If you have not obtained your guardian's consent, please immediately stop registering or using the services under this Agreement.
Guardian Responsibilities
We attach great importance to protecting the personal information of minors. Minor users must obtain their guardian's explicit consent before providing personal information. As a guardian, please monitor your ward's online activity and determine whether the content provided by this product is appropriate for your ward.
If you violate this Agreement, Kairuotu reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to immediately suspend or terminate part or all of the Tabii services provided to you. You shall bear your own losses and all corresponding legal liabilities.
If your conduct causes losses to Kairuotu, you shall be liable for full compensation, including direct losses such as administrative penalties or damages, as well as indirect losses such as reputational harm, settlement payments, attorney fees, and litigation costs.
Kairuotu is continuously updating and improving Tabii. Kairuotu will make every effort to ensure the continuity and security of its services. Accordingly, Kairuotu may update Tabii, and you are required to update the software to the latest version; otherwise, Kairuotu does not guarantee normal use of Tabii.
You understand and agree that Kairuotu may suspend, interrupt, or terminate part or all of Tabii's services based on its own business decisions, government actions, force majeure events, or other reasons.
The formation, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, amendment, termination, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China (for purposes of this Agreement only, excluding the laws and regulations of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Macao Special Administrative Region, and relevant provisions of Taiwan).
Any dispute or controversy arising between you and Kairuotu shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute to the People's Court of the jurisdiction where Kairuotu is domiciled.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding upon both parties.
To provide you with better services, or in response to changes in national laws, regulations, policies, technical conditions, or product functionality, Kairuotu may revise this Agreement from time to time. Revised content forms part of this Agreement. Your continued use of the software and related services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you object to the revised terms, you must immediately stop logging in or using the software. Continued login or use shall be deemed acknowledgment and acceptance of the revised terms.
